A Fun Filled Week At Mearns View Care Home

There is always something to look forward to at Mearns View Care Home and this week was no different, with two much-loved activities bringing plenty of smiles, laughter and happy moments for our residents.

We were delighted to welcome the lovely Julie Maxx for another fantastic afternoon of entertainment. Julie always brings such a warm and cheerful atmosphere with her music and our residents love joining in with some of their favourite songs. From familiar tunes to plenty of singing along and smiles, it was a lovely afternoon enjoyed by everyone. Music has a wonderful way of bringing people together and creating special moments and Julie’s performances are always a highlight for our residents.

Friday afternoons at Mearns View can only mean one thing, it is time for the weekly quiz! Our residents eagerly look forward to this each week and enjoy putting their knowledge to the test while spending time together. The quiz brings plenty of friendly competition, laughter and conversations as everyone gets involved.

Whether it is through music, quizzes or simply sharing time together, these activities are an important part of life at Mearns View Care Home. They give our residents the chance to have fun, connect with others and enjoy moments filled with friendship and joy. We are already looking forward to the next quiz and another afternoon of wonderful entertainment.
