Yes. Everyone who resides at Mearns View Care Home has the freedom to eat their meals wherever and however they wish. Residents can choose to eat in the main dining areas, in the privacy of their own room, or in the garden when the weather permits. Residents can also host family gatherings in our private dining room.

Yes. Residents have complete control over what they decide to eat. Personal preferences, cultural requirements and dietary restrictions are a top priority as it is important to us that residents enjoy their meals their way. Residents can choose from the meal options provided on a menu, or they can discuss any amendments with our Chef.
