Residents who require ongoing medical care will receive the highest level of nursing care 24/7. Our kind and skilled team provides continuous support and personal care for those with high dependency needs, chronic illnesses, and physical impairments. A key nurse is allocated to each resident, who gets to know everything there is about a person in order to deliver the best care possible in accordance with their unique care plan.
Respite care is beneficial for people who require short-term care. This may last for a few weeks, several months, or until the person is prepared to resume their regular daily routine. By car, it takes around 20 minutes to reach us via the M77. If you’re travelling by train, take a service from Glasgow Central to either Patterton or Whitecraigs Station, both just a short taxi ride from our home.
The journey from Paisley to Mearns View Care Home takes about 25 minutes by car. There are also regular bus services connecting Paisley and Newton Mearns for those who prefer public transport.
We’re roughly a 20-minute drive from East Kilbride via the A726. Several bus routes also operate between East Kilbride and Newton Mearns, making it easy for visitors to reach us without driving.
